Commodore Raymond Kyaano has assumed command as the new Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Eastern Naval Command (ENC) following a formal handover ceremony held on Monday, 24 August 2026.
Upon his arrival, a Quarter Guard was mounted in his honour, to mark the commencement of his tenure as Commander of the ENC.
After the ceremony, Commodore Kyaano interacted with staff officers in a cordial and engaging session, helping to foster a spirit of collaboration and camaraderie among personnel.
His assumption of duty ushers in a new chapter of leadership at the ENC, with expectations of continued commitment to the values, mandate and strategic objectives of the Ghana Navy.
