The German Defence Attaché to Ghana, Commander Holger Grossmann, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing, at the Naval Headquarters on Wednesday, 26 November 2025. 
The visit reinforced Ghana–Germany military cooperation, especially in training, equipment, and infrastructure support. The CNS expressed appreciation for Germany’s continued support, while Commander Holger Grossmann reaffirmed Germany’s commitment to deeper collaboration.
